Bloom & Flow 360 is the soul-care extension of my work — a wellness platform designed especially for community leaders, Black women, and visionaries navigating burnout, grief, or transition. We offer retreats, mindfulness workshops, and soulful tools like affirmation decks and journals.

Herban Equity is a cannabis-adjacent consulting practice committed to increasing African American representation across the cannabis industry. We provide 1:1 coaching and strategic guidance to help individuals translate their existing skills, talents, and lived experiences into meaningful cannabis careers or entrepreneurial ventures.
From career pivots to equity-focused education, we work with aspiring professionals, community leaders, and legacy workers to identify entry points and long-term opportunities in the space.
